EXCHANGES & RETURNS

As all our wedding dresses are made to order for each bride individually, we do not accept exchanges or returns for any reason once your order is confirmed, except in the case of a major defect in the item.

You have 15 days to reconsider your purchase before your order is confirmed. If you change your mind after your order has been confirmed, you have two options:

  1. You can lose 50% and SACRÉ will keep your dress.
  2. You can pay the remaining 50% and have us complete and ship your dress.

All items are checked by our quality control team before being sent to our brides-to-be. In the unlikely event that you find a major defect in the fabric or workmanship, you must notify us on the same day you receive the item and return it within 5 days. Once received at our facilities and inspected by our quality control team, the damaged item will be repaired or replaced free of charge within a maximum period of 15 days.

To report any issues, please email your order number, name, detailed description of the issue and photos to contact@sacrebride.com.

We recommend that you keep the items in their original condition and packaging, including the labels. If the item you return is damaged or the packaging is missing, we may hold you liable for any depreciation that the item has suffered as a result and claim compensation from you proportional to this depreciation.
