FREQUENT QUESTIONS

1. Times.

All our dresses are handcrafted in our workshop, so the average shipping time is 6 to 8 weeks. If you need to receive your dress more quickly, please contact us so we can guarantee delivery within the required time frame.

2. Sizing.

All our dresses are European sizing and include sizes 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46 and 48. We recommend that you take your measurements before placing your order and check the size that best fits your body in our size chart .

Please contact us if you are unsure how to take measurements or if your measurements do not match any of the sizes on our size chart.

3. Product customization.

All our dresses are made to order in our workshop and are individually cut and tailored especially for you, so it is possible to make certain changes to the original design.

Contact us and our design team will advise you on the process. Among the possible changes, you can choose the fabrics and the color, the length of the dress, add or remove sleeves, open or close necklines, etc.

Any changes have an additional cost to the dress, our team will inform you at all times of the final cost of the dress with the modifications you want.

4. Final adjustments.

Our dresses are designed so that they don't require major adjustments, but since every body is unique, you may still need minor modifications to achieve the perfect fit, so we recommend that you go to a trusted seamstress in your area.

5. Dress care.

All our dresses are made from carefully selected materials. Each item is sent with a label detailing suggested care information. We advise professional cleaning for the best preservation of the product.

6. Changes and returns.

As all of our wedding dresses are made to order for each individual bride, we do not accept exchanges or returns for any reason, except in the case of a major defect in the item.

7. Test at home.

We want you to be convinced of your choice, so we offer you the possibility of sending a prototype of the chosen dress to your home and a small sample of the fabric it will be made from, so that you can see it physically and try it on calmly before ordering your final dress.
