All our dresses are European sizing and include sizes 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46 and 48. We recommend that you take your measurements before placing your order and check the size that best fits your body in our size chart .

Please contact us if you are unsure how to take measurements or if your measurements do not match any of the sizes on our size chart.

All our dresses are made to order in our workshop and are individually cut and tailored especially for you, so it is possible to make certain changes to the original design.

Contact us and our design team will advise you on the process. Among the possible changes, you can choose the fabrics and the color, the length of the dress, add or remove sleeves, open or close necklines, etc.

Any changes have an additional cost to the dress, our team will inform you at all times of the final cost of the dress with the modifications you want.

All our dresses are handcrafted in our workshop, so the average shipping time is 6 to 8 weeks. If you need to receive your dress more quickly, please contact us so we can guarantee delivery within the required time frame.

As all our wedding dresses are made to order for each bride individually, we do not accept exchanges or returns for any reason once your order is confirmed, except in the case of a major defect in the item.

You have 15 days to reconsider your purchase before your order is confirmed. If you change your mind after your order has been confirmed, you have two options:

1. You can lose 50% and SACRÉ will keep your dress.

2. You can pay the remaining 50% and we will complete and ship your dress.

All items are checked by our quality control team before being sent to our brides-to-be. In the unlikely event that you find a major defect in the fabric or workmanship, you must notify us on the same day you receive the item and return it within 5 days. Once received at our facilities and inspected by our quality control team, the damaged item will be repaired or replaced free of charge within a maximum period of 15 days.

We recommend that you keep the items in their original condition and packaging, including the labels. If the item you return is damaged or the packaging is missing, we may hold you liable for any depreciation that the item has suffered as a result and claim compensation from you proportional to this depreciation.

We want you to be convinced of your choice, so we offer you the possibility of sending a prototype of the chosen dress to your home and a small sample of the fabric it will be made from, so that you can see it physically and try it on calmly before ordering your final dress.

Once we have received the prototype and the sample, you will have a maximum of 5 days to return it. You must return the item in perfect condition and retain its original packaging, including the labels. If the item you return is damaged or the packaging is missing, we can hold you responsible for the depreciation that the item has suffered as a result of this and claim compensation proportional to this depreciation.

This service costs €600 per dress, which will be deducted from the final price if purchased. If, on the other hand, you are not satisfied, we will refund your money minus the shipping costs for shipping and return.
